Biryani247 takes all the responsibility for Non delivery / wrong delivery of foods, and the
quality of foods. We also take responsibility for delay in delivery of foods.
In such cases biryani247 shall refund the amound within 48 hours of the order being placed. Also in
case products are wrongly delivered to the customers, Quality related issues, damaged product or
any other reason if refund has to be made by biryani247, the refund shall be processed within 48
hours of the order being placed.
In case the product is damaged/spoilt or sent to the wrong customer, biryani247 shall be responsible
for collecting the product back/replace and refund the amount within a timeframe of 30 Min from the the time of delivery.
Service Delivery Policy
After successfully payment customer gets a confirmation mail from Biryani247 within five
minutes of the order being placed.
Customers shall need to agree to the terms and conditions and refund and cancellation
policy while making an order to complete the order succesfully. The order cant be placed
without agreeing to the terms and conditions and refund and cancellation policy.
